How Can A Place Card Be Customized?

Place Cards and Escort Cards are One Of A Kind, Custom & Personalized products that display guest seating assignments at a special event. Every Place Card and Escort Card is designed per the customers specifications. This means that you can choose paper colors, custom monograms, illustrations, layouts and fonts that coordinate with a celebration theme or decor.
Place Cards cards can reflect the style and theme of an event, whether it be formal or casual, colorful or monochrome. Follow your creative instinct when it comes to colors, patterns, borders, and embellishments. Don't be afraid to make your place cards unique. They are part of the table decoration.
We sell place cards both with and without the guest names printed on them. We can print the guest name and seating assignment -or- we will can print a very faint, almost invisible line, for you to write the guest names and seating assignment on the card if you do not want to include guest calligraphy.
Short Verse on the Interior of the Card
We can print a quote or table number on the inside, or reverse side of the card. There is a small additional fee to do this.
Assortments
Many of our designs have sets associated with them. For example, in our fall collection, we have over 30 different leaves to choose from. If you wanted to have a different leaf on each place card, then we could do that for a small additional fee.

How Do I Order?
|
Every Place Card and Escort Card is created individually per your specifications. We encourage you to explore our galleries
and customize with fonts, paper colors, designs, symbols, monograms, accents and verses.

After you have made your choices you may submit your order on-line or
call us to place your order via the phone @ 518.668.4334 (9-5 Monday - Friday EST)
Orders for Prints will be accepted up to 3 days prior to an event. |

What Can I Expect After I Order?
|
A few days after you have submitted the order we will send a digital proof so that you can review your font, monogram and other design choices. Proofing of the place cards will continue until the design meets with your approval.
Please send us an email with the guest list when it is final. The guest list should be submitted approx. 7 to 10 days prior to an event or whenever there will be no further changes. Please review Sending A Guest List Link.
Upon final approval and submission of payment the place cards will be printed and shipped via an appropriate service based on the timeframe. When you receive your place cards look them over carefully to insure that there are no errors. If there are any problems please contact us immediately.

Specifications

Size:
4.50" x 2" Card Style -or-Tented Style This is the size of the face of the card. A tent style place card would have two flaps that are each 4.50" x 2.0". Tent style cards are the most common, and they have a fold at the top of the card, so when it is placed on a table, it will stand up. Card style place cards are simply a flat card, without a fold.
