Menu Cards  give the guests an idea of what is being served and what options are available at an event. Instead of each server having to recite the menu at each table, the menu gives people a chance to consider the options. It also lets guests know if there are any special options available, such as a vegetarian entrée. Menu cards  are not only great for starting up conversations, but they are also a way of telling the guests of what is to come.

Creating the Menu Card
If ordering card style or restaurant style menus, you should provide each guest with a menu. People usually fold the menu card into a napkin and place it on the plate at their table. If you decide to use tented menus, you will use one or two per table, depending on how large your tables are.

Card Style menu is the most common. It is a flat card, with printing on one side.

Tented Style menus will have a fold at the top of the menu, it is printed on both sides, and will stand on the table on its own.
Tented menus are used most frequently as cocktail or bar menus.

Restaurant Style menus are menus with a cover page that usually has the bride and groom's name, the reception location, the date, and a monogram. The menu is folded, and when you open it up, the menu items will be displayed on the right side.

Cocktail/Drink Menus are also available in any size and style.

What Can I Expect After I Order?

A few days after you have submitted the order we will send a digital proof so that you can review your font, monogram and other design choices. Proofing of the menu will continue until the design meets with your approval. Please send us an email with your menu items, usually listing any appetizers, intermezzo, entrées, and desserts, and wines. You can either type this information directly into an email, or send us a Microsoft Word document containing your menu items.

Upon final approval and submission of payment the menu cards will be printed and shipped via an appropriate service based on the timeframe. When you receive your menu cards look them over carefully to insure that there are no errors. If there are any problems please contact us immediately.
