Time Frame
Seating Chart orders can be placed at
any time. Late Orders are accepted up to
3 days prior to an event.

Submit Order
You can submit your order at any time after you have determined your design choices. Whenever possible we prefer to finalize the basic design of the chart before we receive a guest list.

Review Preliminary Proof
At this time you should suggest changes to fonts, illustrations, borders, monograms & orientation. The basic design needs to be finalized before the guest names are added to the chart.

Send Wedding Party & Menu Selections
(If Applicable)

Send Finalized
Guest List
Send your guest list when you feel there will be no further changes. We prefer to get a list that is final a few days later vs. a list that will need a lot of changes early.
In general, guest lists can be sent 5 to 10 days prior to the celebration.
