Avenida Laguna ~ Our new apartment in Puerto Rico is located here and is our first home together.

Joe‘s Bar ~ The bar where we were first introduced. Meredith was only going out for a drink that night, but ended up going to dinner and for an after dinner drink too. Tommy did not remember Meredith’s name and had to ask his friend when she went to the bathroom at dinner.

Montparnasse ~ The restaurant where we had our first “date”. Neither one of us knew if it was a date until the end of the night, because the plan was to meet to show Tommy pictures of places I had been and recommend places for him to go on his trip. But when Meredith kissed Tommy goodnight he realized it had been a date.

Quebec City ~ This is where we went on our first weekend trip together. We learned a lot about each other on that trip, most importantly that we were able to travel well together…that could have been a deal breaker.

Similian Islands ~ This is where we first went scuba diving together, when Meredith visited Tommy in Thailand while he was traveling around the world.

Point Break ~ This is the first movie that we watched together, although Tommy has seen it a dozen or more times. After that, Meredith realized that they won‘t be going to see many movies together.

Brazil ~ We traveled to Brazil with our friends to celebrate Geoff and Noel’s wedding. We also ended up celebrating the engagement of Greg and Jen, who are getting married next month. Can‘t wait!

West Village ~ Our favorite neighborhood in New York, especially for dining. We go to such places as the White Horse Tavern for grilled cheese and beer and Corner Bistro for burgers.

The Other Room ~ A bar in New York where we hung out until 3:00 a.m. on our second date. We both knew it was a great date and that there would be a third date.

Crush ~ Although too long to use as a wedding song, this song by the Dave Matthew’s Band is the song that reminds us of our relationship.

The Sanctuary ~ Where we are getting married!

Postcards ~ After every date, up until about date ten, Tommy used to send Meredith a card or letter so that she would remember the date. When they got engaged, he searched for all the cards and put them together in a scrapbook for her.

The Place ~ The restaurant we went to on our one year anniversary. Right before we got engaged, we went there for dinner. Meredith thought they were getting engaged, but she was wrong.

Apartment 3A ~ Meredith‘s apartment in New York where they spent a lot of time together and also the place where they got engaged on June 2, 2004.

Molten Chocolate Cake ~ We always get this dessert if we go to a restaurant and they have it. Meredith is so glad that Tommy will share dessert with her, especially if it contains chocolate.

Taj Mahal ~ We will visit India and the Taj, a tribute to love, on our honeymoon. Maybe Tommy will build something similar when we return.

Maldive Islands ~ The second part of our honeymoon we will relax and scuba dive. Meredith planned the trip so that Tommy doesn’t know the cost.

The Bavarian ~ Although Meredith prides herself on picking good restaurants when they are on vacation, this was not one of her best picks. It was the TGI Friday‘s of Germany. Tommy will never let her live it down.

Barrow Street Ale House ~ We went there on our second date to play Darts and Golden Tee. Meredith beat Tommy at the first game of Golden Tee they played against each other, but she knows that will probably never happen again.
