The Standard Timeframe for placing orders is 2-6 weeks prior to need by date.
Rush Orders under 7 days prior to the celebration will be accommodated whenever possible.

How the proofing process works.

Upon completing the following form, you should expect to receive a proof within 1-2 business days via email. If you do not receive a proof within a couple of days, please send us a note or call us at (518) 668-4334. The initial proof is free. Some email accounts, typically AOL or Yahoo accounts will divert emails we send that have the proof attached into a spam or junk e-mail folder. You should be able to resolve this issue by adding terri@documentsanddesigns.com into your address book. Any additional information we may need, such as photos, guest lists, menu information, or program content can also be sent to that address as well.
