Illustrative Certificate
 Proofing

A few days after you have submitted your order we will send a digital proof and confirmation which will show you exactly how your certificate will appear when it is finished.

You will need to proof-read and suggest any changes that need to be made. Proofing will continue until the certificate meets with your approval.

Upon approval of the proof the painting will be created and shipped by the need by date indicated on the order form.

  After You Receive Your Certificate

When you receive your certificate look it over carefully to insure that there are no errors. If there are any problems please contact us immediately.

Unroll your certificate and place it under some books on a hard surface to flatten it out. It will flatten out in one night. If ever necessary you can lightly steam iron, on back side of the paper.

Remove Pen that is taped on the inside of the tube.

  For Use at the Celebration

If you are displaying your certificate on an easel you will need to mount it on heavy weight Poster Board or Foam Core so that it has a stiff backing. Please try to avoid the use of acidic tapes, glues and mounting adhesives. It is best to hinge your painting with acid free tapes.

Many people take the certificate to their rehearsal dinner and have attendants, parents, officiant and other witnesses sign at that time.

  Framing and Care

Before framing your certificate erase fine pencil lines using a soft Eraser.

When choosing materials for framing your certificate consider Archival alternatives.

When you hang your certificate in your home it is best to keep it out of
direct sunlight to avoid fading.
