Stationery Orderering FAQ

Orders can be place online using the Order Form
Orders placed via phone Monday - Friday 9-5 EST @ 518-668-4334

Timeframe
We can work with most any timeframe.
Orders placed under 10 days prior to an event may be subject to higher shipping fees or a late fee.

Following are questions you will need to consider when ordering Stationery.
Take notes as you wander around the site and mix and match your favorites.
Please remember that all of the samples on the site can be customized to meet your
specific needs so feel free to share your ideas.

1) What is the name of the sample product that you liked?
If there is an enlarged image, what is the page address (URL)?
(You can cut and paste the URL into the order form and we will use this as a reference when creating the first proof. )


2) How would you like to customize this product?
All of the samples on the site can be customized to meet your specific needs so feel free to share your ideas.


3) What font or font combination would you like to use?
Most products will use two different fonts.  One decorative and one easy to read style.



4) Is there a monogram that you would like to add?



5) Is there a border that you would like to use?



6) Is there a specific illustration, assortment of illustrations or flourish that you would like to use?
You can choose illustrations and flourishes found anywhere on the site.



7) Is there a specific color combination that would coordinate with your event?
You can simply name color(s) or choose from our basic color chart.




8) Would you like to include a verse on the interior of the stationery?
A verse can be added to the interior of the card. Please send the verse whenever finalized.



9) What paper color would you like to use?

4.25" x 5.50" Folded Card with optional Interior Printing

Stationery comes with matching envelopes.
Return address printing is not available.

Proofing Honor Code

We will send proofs for orders that are up to six months away.
Orders over six months will be sent only billing estimate.

After an order form has been submitted we will send a digital proof usually within 1-4 working days.
You can also view your proof on-line. This data base is updated hourly.

There is no fee for the proofs although we do work on a honor basis, wherein
we hope you will not request a proof if you have no intention to purchase.

There is no obligation to purchase after receiving the initial proof.

You can suggest changes to the proof until you are happy with the design.
Our goal when working together is to refine a design within 3-4 proofs...so please be specific.

You will receive a billing estimate on the last page of the order form.
These prices may vary due to changes in amount of product(s) needed or shipping options.

An updated bill will be sent  when the order has been finalized.
Payment is due at any time before we print and ship.
