Calligraphy Service for
Place Cards
If you are having us add the guest names to your place cards you should send a list of your guests with their corresponding seating assignments to custserv@documentsanddesigns.com when you feel that the list is finalized (Approximately 7 to 10 days prior to the event). After we receive the list we will format the cards and send a proof to you so that you may review the designations and names. Upon your approval of the proof we will create the cards and ship by the need by date indicated on the Order Form.

After you have made your choices you may
submit your order on-line or call us to place your order over the phone. (9 to 5 EST)
Order will be accepted up to 3 days prior to an event.

What Can I Expect After I Order?

| Proofing |
A few days after you have submitted your order we will send a digital proof and confirmation which will show you exactly how your products will appear. You will need to proofread and suggest any changes that need to be made. Proofing will continue until the products meet with your approval. At that point they will be created and shipped by the need by date indicated on the order form.

When you receive your products look them over carefully to insure that there are
no errors. If there are any problems please contact us immediately.
