Fall Indy

Personalized Place Cards

Our Fall Indy wedding place cards and escort cards mix both earthy, natural, autumn colors and birds to give what you see in this example. These place cards feature the bird and leaf watercolor painting at the center with room for the guest name underneath. Customize these place cards by letting us add your guest names to each card, adding a border, or adding the meal choice to each card.

Please send us your finalized guest list 7-10 days prior to the celebration date, and you can expect a proof the same or following business day.

Yes, at any time before we ship your order, you can change the quantity needed and we will update your billing appropriately.

Yes, we do sell place cards both with and without the guest names printed on them. We will usually print a very faint line for you to write the guest names and seating assignment on the card should you choose to purchase blank place cards.

Please try and send your guest list 7-10 days prior to the celebration. If your guest list is not final at that point, please wait until it is final. We'd rather have a late guest list without changes than an early guest list that will require many changes.

Yes, that is not a problem. We can design the cards however you wish.

Tent style cards are the most common, with a fold at the top of the card. When it is placed on a table it will stand up on its own. Card style place cards are simply a flat card without a fold.

Yes, please let us know on the order form that you need interior printing on the place card.

The type of paper used depends on the product we are printing. Seating charts and Wedding Documents and Certificates are printed on a Somerset watercolor paper. For the remainder of our products, we print them on a pearlescent or matte finished, 107# cover, heavy-weight cardstock.

Once we receive the order form, we will send you an initial proof within 1-2 business days. You may reply to the email containing the proof with any changes that you would like to see made. Alternatively, you may call us at (518) 707-3627 with changes.

You're not obligated to purchase anything after placing an order. If you do not wish to proceed with an order, you can simply ignore the initial email we send with your proof, or you may reply with an email stating you are not interested in continuing with your order.

View your proofs online by visiting the My Account link at the top of each page. Proofs are also sent via email as an image attachment.

Most people will be done within 2-4 business days. Some others will only take a day, and still others will take two weeks. The main factor determining how long it will take is how quickly you reply to proofs with changes.

The easiest way is to simply reply to the emails we send. Please specify exactly what you would like changed and we will reply as soon as possible with an updated proof. You may also send and email to custserv@documentsanddesigns.com with changes.

Custom illustrations are available upon request and when time permits. If there is an additional fee, we will notify you.

Shipping times vary depending on the season and products you order, but we try to ship all orders out within 2-3 days of approval of your order. Orders are shipped from New York.

Absolutely! We are more than happy to accommodate your request, regardless of the situation.

For late and last minute orders, we recommend using UPS Second Day or UPS Next Day services. We can even do Saturday morning deliveries if necessary.

Generally, from proofing to printing, it takes between 3 days to a week for an order to be completed. However, if you find that you need your order sooner, we can proof, print, and ship your order in the same day.
