Yes, as long as you know what design and fonts you would like to use. The first proof you will receive will be that of the program cover. You can then send us additional information as it becomes finalized.

It is not necessary for everyone to receive a program. Generally, a couple will take a single program.

You may format your program in whatever way you like. A standard program is formatted in this way: On the program cover, you should have the bride and groom's full name, the name of the church or location, the city and state, and the date of the ceremony. The first page often lists your wedding party, including the officiate, parents, grandparents, readers, and musicians. The interior right of the program is the order of the service, usually starting with the prelude, and ending with the recessional. On the back of the program people usually write a thank you note and/or an in memory of section.

We can create a program with as many pages as you need. It must be a multiple of 4. For example, we can create a 4 page program, an 8 page program, a 12 page program, etc.

Yes, the inserts will be stapled into the program cover to create a booklet.

A card style program is a flat card, usually with the wedding party on one side, and the order of service on the reverse. A standard program is a folded program with separate pages for the order of service, wedding party, and optional thank you note/in memory of pages.

The type of paper used depends on the product we are printing. Seating charts and Wedding Documents and Certificates are printed on a Somerset watercolor paper. For the remainder of our products, we print them on a pearlescent or matte finished, 107# cover, heavy-weight cardstock.

Once we receive the order form, we will send you an initial proof within 1-2 business days. You may reply to the email containing the proof with any changes that you would like to see made. Alternatively, you may call us at (518) 707-3627 with changes.

You're not obligated to purchase anything after placing an order. If you do not wish to proceed with an order, you can simply ignore the initial email we send with your proof, or you may reply with an email stating you are not interested in continuing with your order.

View your proofs online by visiting the My Account link at the top of each page. Proofs are also sent via email as an image attachment.

Most people will be done within 2-4 business days. Some others will only take a day, and still others will take two weeks. The main factor determining how long it will take is how quickly you reply to proofs with changes.

The easiest way is to simply reply to the emails we send. Please specify exactly what you would like changed and we will reply as soon as possible with an updated proof. You may also send and email to custserv@documentsanddesigns.com with changes.

Custom illustrations are available upon request and when time permits. If there is an additional fee, we will notify you.

Shipping times vary depending on the season and products you order, but we try to ship all orders out within 2-3 days of approval of your order. Orders are shipped from New York.

Absolutely! We are more than happy to accommodate your request, regardless of the situation.

For late and last minute orders, we recommend using UPS Second Day or UPS Next Day services. We can even do Saturday morning deliveries if necessary.

Generally, from proofing to printing, it takes between 3 days to a week for an order to be completed. However, if you find that you need your order sooner, we can proof, print, and ship your order in the same day.
