Plan your wedding seating arrangements with this elegant photo seating chart. You may include as many or as few photographs as you would like at the top of the scroll, and we have no problem editing, cropping, or turning your pictures black and white or sepia toned. You may further customize the look by adding a border, or changing the fonts, colors, or monograms.

Default dimensions are 24" x 36". Every seating chart is printed on a heavy-weight Somerset watercolor paper. Please try and send your final guest list and seating assignments about a week to ten days prior to your celebration date.

Yes. Please submit the order form when you have a design in mind. We can get started with a fake list. Once we receive your guest list, it will only take a day or so to finish everything up.

Please send us your finalized guest list 7-10 days prior to the celebration date, and you can expect a proof the same or following business day.

Yes. We can create a seating chart in any size you need. Please let us know that you would like the chart to be a different size, and we'll be more than happy to accommodate you. One dimension must be 24 inches or less.

Yes. You will need to send us an email with the map, and we will be more than happy to place it on the chart.

You should purchase a 24" x 36" frame and place the seating chart inside of it. This is a common size and can be found at a Walmart, Target, or most craft stores.

If you have more than 75 guests coming to your wedding, you should list them alphabetically, not by table. Listing by table with a large guest list can make it very difficult for guests to find their names on the chart.

Seating charts are shipped in a hard plastic tube. When you receive it, you should remove the chart from the tube, and rest it on a hard flat surface for an evening and it should unroll itself. If needed, you can take a warm iron to the back of it to flatten it out immediately.

We do not sell frames or easels. The seating charts are sized to 24" x 36", a standard poster size, and it should be very easy to find a frame that size. We've found that most reception halls will have an easel that you can use.

The type of paper used depends on the product we are printing. Seating charts and Wedding Documents and Certificates are printed on a Somerset watercolor paper. For the remainder of our products, we print them on a pearlescent or matte finished, 107# cover, heavy-weight cardstock.

Once we receive the order form, we will send you an initial proof within 1-2 business days. You may reply to the email containing the proof with any changes that you would like to see made. Alternatively, you may call us at (518) 707-3627 with changes.

You're not obligated to purchase anything after placing an order. If you do not wish to proceed with an order, you can simply ignore the initial email we send with your proof, or you may reply with an email stating you are not interested in continuing with your order.

View your proofs online by visiting the My Account link at the top of each page. Proofs are also sent via email as an image attachment.

Most people will be done within 2-4 business days. Some others will only take a day, and still others will take two weeks. The main factor determining how long it will take is how quickly you reply to proofs with changes.

The easiest way is to simply reply to the emails we send. Please specify exactly what you would like changed and we will reply as soon as possible with an updated proof. You may also send and email to custserv@documentsanddesigns.com with changes.

Custom illustrations are available upon request and when time permits. If there is an additional fee, we will notify you.

Shipping times vary depending on the season and products you order, but we try to ship all orders out within 2-3 days of approval of your order. Orders are shipped from New York.

Absolutely! We are more than happy to accommodate your request, regardless of the situation.

For late and last minute orders, we recommend using UPS Second Day or UPS Next Day services. We can even do Saturday morning deliveries if necessary.

Generally, from proofing to printing, it takes between 3 days to a week for an order to be completed. However, if you find that you need your order sooner, we can proof, print, and ship your order in the same day.
