Custom Designed Products cannot be returned.
Exchanges will be subject to a discounted re-print fee.
We cannot accept returns after a product has been used.
We can also not "fix" documents or certificates that have been damaged or improperly signed.

Proofing |
|
After an order is placed we will send proofs via e-mail.
Please look them over carefully to ensure that the information is correct and the
spelling is without error. Upon your approval of the proof we will create the
product and ship in a timely manner. After a proof has been approved we
are not responsible for misspells or incorrect information so be sure the proof
meets with your approval before "signing off on it".
Custom proofing fees are non-refundable and are due before a custom proof
can be submitted for your review.
Billing and Payment Info. will be sent with the first proof.

Shipping |
|
Our standard means of shipping is via the US Postal Service.
We try to allow enough time so orders will be received by need by dates.
We use the Delivery Confirmation Service to track orders and assure delivery.
Most Documents and Seating Charts are packed in a hard, plastic tube and sealed at both ends.
It is very unlikely that they will be damaged during shipping.
At times it is necessary to ship via an overnight service. There may be
additional shipping charges if rush shipping is necessary because an order has
been placed late.
Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Out of the USA
shipping rates will vary depending on the product and need by date.
Rates will be included on the initial confirmation. In general they will be
an additional $7.00 -$15.00 as long as there is no rush fee applicable.
